In her role as Marketing Consultant at Desara Lane, Kaitlin drives branding initiatives, leveraging her creative prowess to design internal and external marketing campaigns, create social media and craft compelling communication materials. Her efforts have resulted in a remarkable increase in site sessions and unique visitor counts, showcasing her ability to marry marketing savvy with strategic vision.

In her full-time job, Kaitlin’s career trajectory reflects a passion for cultivating vibrant workplace cultures and driving brand visibility through innovative strategies. Kaitlin's expertise shines as an HR Generalist/Internal Communication Strategist at a logistics company based in St. Louis, MO. 

Prior to her current roles, Kaitlin honed her skills as a Social Media Coordinator/Recruiting Support Administrator where she orchestrated successful recruiting campaigns and managed social media platforms, driving significant growth in engagement and website traffic.

St. Louis has so much to do!  The abundant number of parks are great for walking and hikes.  Did I mention that shopping is great?   There are also so many fun restaurants to try with friends.   The low cost of living is also a huge plus.
